You can ask several questions and estimate whether she is telling you truth or not.
1. Student visa holders only work 20 hours per week max legally. so if she is working everyday, she is breaching the law already. She can be caught by immigration department and her visa could be cancelled.
2. Is she receiving cash for her wages?
3. Ask her what kind of job she is working, obviously if she working as ML/WL then she will not tell you truth.
4. Is she taking public transport or taxi?
the working hours are exactly same as Midas/Romeo/Juliet/M8 day girls. not sure any other places.
