I think though the extra charge was the reason for your unhappiness at punt as opposed to service. As not what was advertised by all. myself included. I hope Summer has cleared this up. A phone call will be better.. During my few visits there, I had a chat with Summer after the session... She told me she came from a less fortunate background, her parents had to give her away to her auntie. She didn't go to school, thus she was illiterate.. Unless you can write in Chinese, she won't respond to your PM.. Not that she doesn't want to, but she literally can't due to her limited vocab...

Yes Simon pm. Her English reading skills are limited but not non existent. And if she doesn't understand she asks someone who does. Or if you write in proper English she can use translator.
