Hi all,

I have been reading this forum for probably over 1 and half year and a big thanks to all bros here for their contribution, I learnt a lot from you guys.

Been visiting some massage shops over the year and not really happy with services received (some are advertisers here) hence the decision to remain silent as there are no reason to create a fuss and my easiest way is to not going back again (as some bros here might receive good service). This is my personal opinion and is also my reluctance to visit the so called ‘mainstream’ shops (rnt).

I’m generally very reluctant to visit rnt’s as shown in my maths below why I think it’s not worth it (in my opinion), say I’m paying for 1hr $60 massage, I get around 45mins worth of massage (if it’s good) which is about $45, I’m actually losing the remaining $15 (of massage) + $20/50 tips, so I’m actually paying extra for that last 15mins 'extra'. I really understand the excitement when turning over as I’m also a guy. However, I can only say that this is my thought and no one should agree with me.

This review is about a legit massage which I accidentally visited yesterday. Any bros who expect great second part can stop here as there’s just simple good massage here, no extras whatsoever.

Anyway, I was on my way walking towards woollies Marrickville south and after a f***king busy weekend at work body was feeling very tired and was thinking of shops to visit after my shopping. As I almost arrive at the little walkway up leading to woollies, I noticed there’s a massage sign on one of the shops so I stopped and have a look. It’s a chinese massage with health rebate sign on it, so this must be legit and I’m just thinking ‘this is what I need’, just the good standard massage and nothing else.

Walked in and was greeted by a middle aged lady, she was friendly and explained the rates for ½ hr $35, 1hr $60 and they also do health fund rebates. Picked the 1hr and prepared to pull out my wallet but she stopped me ‘that’s ok, fix it later’. I was thinking at this moment how to be polite and refuse any additional services offered as I just want a decent massage. Anyway being showed to the room and started the usual undressing and on the bed. I was asked if I wanted a softer or harder massage and I said ‘harder please’.

I was really hoping inside me that this better be good or otherwise I’ll be wasting another $60 and my time, I’m sure for those who are experienced enough in massages will know that I think within the first 3-5mins I can tell whether this will be ‘waste of money’, ‘money well spent’ or ‘thank god I came here’. This massage is the latter and I am really glad that I came here. It was one of the best massages I have had and that’s why my decision to share this with all bros here as I think there are some bros here might want some decent ‘no bulls’ massage.

I don’t think I need to elaborate more on the massage as it was a full body massage from head to neck, shoulder, back, and down to my legs. She realised without me telling her that my shoulder and neck was tired from work and she worked extra hard on that (that’s experience maybe), there are so many areas where I have never been ‘touched’ by other MLs were ‘touched’ here and this really made my day (‘touched’ doesn’t mean private parts, hehe). I didn’t keep track of the time and almost fell asleep as it was so comfortable; I think she went a bit over an hour (5-10 mins maybe) as we were talking quite a lot.
What I can say that this little shop is run by a matured lady who wants to provide good massage to people which appreciated it. I walked out a very happy and relaxed person and felt like turning back and have another go if money is no object. Forgot to mentioned that I paid before walking out.

The shop is 449A Illawarra Road, between the traffic lights and woollies Marrickville south. I will definitely go back again.

*Mods please delete this post if it does not belong here, thanks.

Hi Brother kln,

Thanks for the great review, you are totally OK in posting a review on legit massage - I think over the years, I might have done it once or twice myself. You are absolutely right, not every single brother wants part 2 in every single session, some of us with chronic back pain do enjoy a good massage.

Marrickville is just a little bit out of my way, so I probably won't have the chance to give it a try.

I do have a few highly qualified masseuses whom I would turn to when my back and lower waist started to play up.

Just a quick question, did your ML give you some back walking as well ??

Cheers

Actually, I did not notice any railings in the room and have never tried it in my life, do you have any place to recommend? I'm sure it feels good afterwards...

I'd love to try it, cheers.

OK then, may be it's time to share some proper massage tips :

And this is after one of my all time favourite in Sherry who just retired two weeks ago !!

Now, these massage ladies do work in RnT shops so there are part 2 available but due to their proper massaging skills, they are quite used to customers booking them purely for the part 1 !!

First of all, these are the shops with proper hand rails for back walking, and all the ladies are master class :

Candy from 1B QVB (currently on holiday)

Eva from shop 9, 741 George St

Plus two more for massage only in Amy from 316 Central and Yuki from 288 Wattle St

There you go, my current top 5 !!

Cheers

True thai massage at dulwich hill is pretty good, not to be confused with the more expensive Ruan thai massage across the road. True thai does 1 hr oil massage or thai massage at $45. Not all the girls are good at massage. I've had the best luck with katy who is quite firm and a very good massage.

Eva is the Mamasan of shop 9, she is there 6 days a week, off Sunday.

Shop 9 is the shop inside the glass door behind Snow Lotus

Hong Kong style back walking and very busty, she is late 30's though - just a little sister to me, an auntie for you ??

But if you only want strong massage, age and body not really important right !

Cheers

That's right bro, not really auntie, I think it's the massage that counts, (besides that aged bottle of red tastes better right) would like to try soon.

I've started to give a few of the GroupOn Deals a go. $35-$39 for one hour full body massage. Went to one the other day and good massage without the T on the end.....that's ok. Going to another one on Saturday.
