This was supposed to be an after report..............but here's what went down:

1. Walked in an greeted by a busty woman (don't know name) who I agreed to see for an hour. She took my money then 5 minutes later came back and said she could only see me for 30 minutes;
2. Still staying calm, said I would see the other busty woman sitting at reception who came in, agreed to see me for the hour, so I got undressed and waited;
3. Finally lost it with them when a third woman came in to actually do the massage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I said forget it and suggested they get their shit together............git dressed and left!

Asian run establishments think customer service is something someone else does.............sad but true!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear your bad experience bro.. I used to go there a few times (not enough to be called regular) when Candy and Lisa used to work there... It was actually quite a nice place, especially Candy's massage (one of the best in Sydney I might say)... Stopped going there for a while, came back and found out that the business has changed hands.. Last time I went there, Kelly was still working.. Dunno now what's happening...

Most Asian R & T shops in Sydney I have been to have been well run and customer focused.
The R & T market in Sydney is cluttered with shops and very competitive - any shop that consistently offers poor customer service will not survive. I think the shops are well aware of this.
Snow Lotus, 316 Central, and Silver Fox are three Asian shops I can name of the top of my head that offer good customer service, I am sure other bros can name others.

I just spoke with Vicky at 1B and she actually remembered that there was a customer last week, not on Friday (she wasn't there) but on Thursday at around 11am, and it was between Vicky and Sue that they had a bit of mixed up with a client and the customer ended up not happy and left without having a massage, so that sounded like the OP.

Yeah, it was all a bit of unfortunate miscommunications:

When I went to the shop last night and had a quickie myself with Vicky, she told me the whole story:

Brother paulmack came in and was greeted by Mimi the Malaysian girl who is very busty, and brother PM was happy to see her for the hour, Mimi actually had a booking in about half an hour so she said she could only see him for 30 min.

You may say if she has a booking why she went to the room, well, most clients are 30 min quickies and it was her turn and if He only wanted 30 min, it was perfect and we won't have this thread!

Now this was where it had broken down, Vicky told me that morning Sue the Korean girl hasn't started work yet and her bookings were all later in the afternoon, she as the Mamasan usually like to let all the other girls work first and she was happy to work when they were all busy, and she knew Sue will always give top service so rather than making the money herself, she decided to let Sue serve this customer!

I've always thought that the best form of marketing is taking a negative situation with a customer and turning it in to a positive and man, after yesterday afternoon...................I'm am now a VERY VERY happy customer!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks again AH, Vicky and Susan!!!!!!!!!!!

Arrived at 2pm yesterday, was kissed and hugged when I entered the premises and apologies all around.............I said its ok and the past is the past..............then the most amazing thing happened! Susan said I can olnly stay for 30 minutes as I have a booking but Vicky will be here for the whole hour................I thought I was hearing things..........but I was provided with the luxury of having both Susan and Vicky for the first 30 minutes then the last 30 minutes one on one with Vicky!!!!!!!!!!

But this is where I am humbled and a little pissed off with myself for my initial reaction.............whilst talking to them during the hour (before I nearly stroked out :cool2::cool2:), I realised that they are both very genuine ladies who were mortified about what had happened and are genuinely trying to grow their business and would welcome any constructive advice (emphasis on constructive) to help them grow.

I had the most amazing time and more importantly got to peak behind the veil to see the two ladies that run the business.

As Arnie always sais..............I'LL BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
