What is your heart rate when your first punt?

At the beginning yes , but now just relax . Its all in your mind , you can control it then you can be relax . In the waiting room have a smoke n read some magazine ;) . The more u go to brothel the more relax you are , feels like home ;) :) .

I was in two minds for a long while before my first punt. I was very nervous for the first time (and for the next dozen or so times!), but that must have just been sexual tension because immediately after the session I was on another level of consciousness!

Or maybe that's just what it felt like after blowing a load after a fortnight of abstaining... a massive release of tension in any event.

As Bro CL said, now (after 4-5 years of roughly monthly punts) its more anticipation than nervousness. Though I do still get a little nervy on the way out, particularly if it's a reasonably high-traffic area!
