BRIS99 forum moderator

I decided that it would be good to have a BRIS99 forum moderator to help members adhere to the forum rules. I've put in a request with the Administrator since there seems to be a lot of members getting around with multiple accounts and trolling the forum.

There also seems to be a lot of active members in the brisbane forum posting information about illegal services. Please refer to the forum rules which provides a guide for how to deal with troublesome users. You are entitled to alert the board staff to anything you find illegal.
