Whenever i am ushered into a room and asked to remove my clothes and lay on the massage table i have a routine.

Just got to wondering, anyone point the whole dick and balls downwards?

Hell yeah, point it down, but be sure to spread the legs such that your ankles are just barely hanging over the left and right edges of the table, to help give the ML a clearer target to aim at and also to avoid crushing the candy!

Nearly all my regular ML always adjust my d to point down before every session.
