Suggestion - New Rules re: After Report and General Talk

Could I suggest a rule, that shop owners cannot bump an old report thread relating to their establishment?
This clogs up so much crap, and now I steer from that section. Its disappointing that I can't locate the latest report without the need to thorough search.

Also, general talk section.
There should be a new section called "announcements" or the like for new girls for each establishment. Its easier to distinguish from the garbage that we dont want to see.
