Shops not replying to private messages

You think if you were a shop owner you would have the courtesy of replying to a private message. :fire: Some of the shops that do reply but still dont give you the right answer too.
Do other bros have the same problem or is it just me? :grimace:

If they advertise and advise to use private message, then it's their fault, if not, use the phone.

I think some of the shops advertise on here and have someone post their rosters on here but don't have anyone to answer private messages etc.

So if you want to contact a shop you are better off phoning.

I get what dude is saying, sometimes you like to make plans but talking on the phone isn't an option, and some shops really don't give much away over the phone. Ultimately unless the shop is run by someone with a web presence like Roger, actively answering questions etc, then phone is the only way to go.
