For someone who doesn't train or run regularly 100 minutes would be very satisfying.

Lets hope you beat the slowest time of 6 hours.

In a perfect world , 2 hours walk the city to surf, limo back to the city stop at Chequers !

Clean up, keep warm and a 60 min proper full body.
