So finally the new Seven Hills FS shop has opened, on Bonz Place in the Industrial area close to Winston Hills. Adds in the local rags had been threatening a new shop for months and months.
Premises - Well as you may expect from a place built entirely from scratch, premises are clean and relatively up to date. I think there are possibly 8 or 9 rooms, though at this VERY early stage they don't have nearly the volume of clients or girls to make full use. Off street parking, some of it discreet, for quite a lot of cars also.
The mamasan let me in the door and showed me to the waiting room. I met Sophie, a youngish girl from Singapore (she said), she was no skinny asian girl, a little meaty but not exactly in a bad way, B-C cups. $75/30, $120/45 and $140/60 I believe are the rates.
Sophie gave a nice BBBj, service was about average, no complaints. As long as the owner provides decent quality girls at reasonable prices the shop should do reasonably well. On the way out mama made sure I was happy with my stay and would be coming back.
I heard another girl taking a client to a room, she admitted herself her english was on the poor side, but Sophie's was perfectly fine as was the mamasan.
