they only chose here because they needed another female to make this female driving team.

If I understand right or correct she was going to team up with some guy. but things got shifted around due to other drivers pulling out and being unavailable.
Not to say this girl can't drive but, in racing world a few people with grumbles because some of the other development drivers were doing better and most thought they should have a shot first - talent over - talent ?
I must say I'm so use to the world of motorsport, I don't even notice at times the promo girls.
