I can see where you guys are coming from and it's not really possible for rooter or any other ginza regulars can give an unbiased review of the place and its girls.

Not that it matters to me whether or not you guys visit ginza, but I think some context is appropriate. In my experience, ginza is offers the most consistent and best experiences than any other shop I've visited. This is why they have such strong customer loyalty and why they never seem to have girls free for walk-in customers. It's also important to note how the introduce a new girl into their line-up while making sure they maintain their standards. They give some regulars a heads-up that a new girl is coming so that the girl has a chance to show the shop what they've got. The guys get a chance to try out a new girl while they provide the girl and the shop feedback on how she's done so that she can get herself up to their standards if she's not there yet. They used to have more experienced girls train them back when jasmin was around (god I miss her) but I don't think that happens anymore.

As far as I know, writing a glowing review, or a review at all isn't part of the arrangement. I saw Shasha recently and she told me about how a regular of several years had seen her when she started a few months back and told her what she needed to improve on which she appreciated because she'd not had any industry experience. IMO, it also depends on how you connect with the girls as well. I had best sessions with Fiona. she was not shy at all, instead I was really nervous on the first encounter as I found her really cute but she made me feel comfortable and it went very well as per my expectations that I booked her for 1 hr session next week.
