That's an idea, if you ever get raided when leasing out the rooms you could claim you had no knowledge of any said activities.

I don't think it would make much difference in regards to illegal prostitution charges. The reasons I thought of it were for more commercial reasons.

Indeed they're not the same owner. Sakura I think could be the same one that used to be at Kingston Road. They used to be there for the 1st half of the year and then they disappeared.

A quick look at the web designer's website (crwebdesign.com.au) indicates that he uses Wordpress templates hence the similarities, and is recycling that massage video on the home page.

i drove past massage mojo and it seems to have closed its doors... nothing on the website about being on holidays etc... was only the few days in december...
