hi guys
I am nearly 40 and all these years I have been living with my dick fully covered, ie cant pull up my foreskin. Sometimes the tip bruises after the deed and it becomes painful. is there any other bros who faced this before?
should i see a doc and has anyone went through surgery at this age to allow the foreskin to be pulled up. How long does the recovery take.
cheers

Maybe you have a really short frenulum?
If you try to slowly pull your foreskin back every time you shower. Should help to increase it's range until you should be able to eventually pull it back all the way without pain.

I know what you mean bro. I was just like you, born with a foreskin that was too long. This makes having sex a real issue because the head is always covered up so it becomes hyper sensitive to the point of being painful during sex.
I resolved it by having a circumcision. I was 19 when I did it, now I'm 40. Best decision I ever made. Girls will love your clean looking cock. Some will even voice their compliment.
Bite the bullet and get it done, bro. You'll never regret it.

There's a few options you have. You can try some stretching techniques. The best time to stretch your foreskin is usually after a bath or shower where the water will help loosen you up. You can also go to the doctor and ask for a steroid cream which you use as well as the stretching techniques. The steroid cream speeds up the time it takes to loosen but again, it takes a while and a lot of consistency.

You should see a doctor and go ahead for a surgery. This is quite important.

Question is why did you live with this for so long?
Most girls prefer cut and many wls will refuse a cock whose foreskin can't retract.

Was too shy and too scared of the surgery. And thought recovery would take a while. looks like I should not the bullet...who knows I might and up half a cm longer down there if I set the head free.
Would that he covered by Medicare?

Actually 4 weeks for me because the technique used for the surgery was not as good as now. The wound was stitched up with stitching made of a natural material that was supposed to be "absorbed" by your body as your wound heals. The problem for me was, bits of it were absorbed at a much slower rate than the others and I ended up with painful bumps under the skin for a couple of weeks even after my wound healed. But hey, its 4 weeks of discomfort vs lifelong sexual satisfaction. I'll take that anytime.

Oh yeah, after your surgery, you can go as erect as you want without fear of pain or hyper-sensitivity, as you probably are now. So although you won't be bigger than you already are physically, you can at least reach your full potential. Not sure about medicare, though.

I would speak to a specialist as there might be an alternative to surgery, ideally from a young age you should have been retracting more and more over a period of time so that it eventually stretches to fully retracted, these days circumcision is rarely done unless it's absolutely necessary, but if this problem stops you from enjoying sex, consider all options.,

i've always wondered, with the surgery option... once it's done, how the hell do you handle having your penis exposed and the added sensitivity it brings?
My foreskin retracts easily enough but hypothetically if I had it removed, the thought of having the head of my penis rubbing against my underwear is :O

That's exactly why the surgery is good. Having your foreskin there covering it all the time keeps you in a "comfort zone". You almost fear the sensitivity when the head is exposed. How the hell can you enjoy sex if you fear it?
After the surgery, the feeling of being exposed gradually (days, not weeks or months) becomes the norm. No more fear.

I identified this issue around 19years of age. Mind you, foreskin wouldn't roll back and hurt like hell.
Had a circumcision. Best decision ever made period. Except the post surgery part with the stiches for a few days and waking up trying to withhold a morning glory.... now that was the biggest challenge to overcome :))))

Never have any trouble but if you do you should get it seen to as it is not healthy!

I also had this issue before. I opted for the stretching technique rather than surgery.
Each to their own.
