I ran the Asian text through google translate auto-detect. It is simplified Chinese and Google Translate says it means:
達非基+拖依福+按摩. = "Of non- base + trailer according to Fu + massage". So I guess I get a non-base (non-standard?) massage performed in a trailer according to the technique developed by Mr Fu.

I got an answer to my question in Chinese also. The "r( 80)" bit = hand (think the Chinese didn't come through properly originally) and the half $100 Chinese explanation translates to "half drag" apparently.

So for extra I guess I can get a non-standard massage using a hand technique developed by Mr Fu performed in a trailer by a masseuse half dressed in drag.

Also, location and the questions around if I'm interested and do I want to make a booking came through later in perfect English. Location is a little out of my way so will give it a miss!
