Reached 'tester' level in punting

Wondering has any one ever reached level where has been called by mamasan or shop as a tester for new girl in rnt (ofcourse this level would took time , money & trust)...but would be an honour to reach there...pls share your experience if any!!

An honour? C'mon, get some perspective. Offer to pay big bucks and I'm sure you will get your opportunity.

Alternatively, let's say you were a very active poster on a punting forum and you offered to write up reports for shops, you would probably get the opportunity to test new girls as well.

i don't know about any of that stuff. but i know the girls do a training coarse provided by the shop. i wouldn't mind being the guy lol

Yes, every week. Initially, I pay the full rate plus tip. If punt wasn't favourable, I get the house cut back and girl never makes the roster. Unfortunately, her shift ends there once I give feedback too. On an odd occassion, I might only pay the tip to girl as the keeper shouts me a free hour. I always iterate to the keeper to not mention to girls that I am a regular and should get special treatment. It's the only way that I could give an unbiased feedback on her skills and whether she has future shifts at the shop.

On several occasion, yes. But I ceased being a 'test subject' these days because I found out later that I was the cause of some girls being fired after some of my harsh assessment. It's even become annoying to have the tell these new girls all the time, "yeah, if you get tipped that much, you gotta strip down completely, sweetheart" or "be careful there! No accidental bareback sex s**t if you're gonna be doing pussy-rubbing, yeah?!" or "You should do a little foreplay after the b2b action, not go straight into that jackhammer stroking. Not every guy can shoot after 10 or 20 seconds of your speedy hand-job."
And the Mamasan would constantly ask me to be present for new girls every now and then. Even with discounts or free sessions or whatever, I later found it to be slightly inconvenient. So these days, I just cut it short if I ever go, correct a few things on the go, and just tell the new girls to WeChat or Kakaotalk me if they had any questions.
But the first go was pretty interesting. The Mamasan herself emphasized so much on her trust towards me after my 5th visit or something, which is all good, but I didn't think she would be in the room with this new korean girl. But unfortunately, the mamasan was only there for part one to train the new girl.
It's been a while since I made any agreement to training these new girls. But I strictly told the Mamasan, that in all fairness, I will not under any circumstances, post any reviews on any of the girls I had a hand in training on. It is not logical to do so in any case. Personally, I find more interest in FS.

This shop should only have really good ladies working there! Maybe you should PM me the name of this shop. Haha.
