This reminds me of one time I had a WL in the old 1 Blackburn St who was very young, in both look and "feel". It was just the way she spoke about things that made her sound very naive. I had a great time with her but when I went back for a second visit she was gone. The receptionist told me they found out she lied about her age and had to send her back.
