I honestly think the layout of SL is all wrong, lockers are in the wrong place and where the customers sit is too intrusive. SL should have a proper desk to do bookings instead the roster or whatever is on a book shelf. It's good to see that room 4 is getting a door but the most important aspect of any business is the desk where all the business happens. If you look at Newtown/Liverpool or any other well serving establishment it's the desk that's vital, it's the central command of the business where money transactions take place and where you place the bookings etc.

I understand exactly what you're saying brother Charlie123, I don't think the shop is big enough for a front desk but they do have a desk at the back which is where the all the business transactions take place. I remember it was David or Miko that used to call me a half hour before my massage if I had a booking as they know I'm always late. Normally they deduct time from my booking which is fine with me as I only need around 40mins from my 1 hour booking. Never had a problem going to the back of 501 as there is a back entrance that I use all the time as I park on Alice St a lot so it's closer for me to walk through the back. Never been to the back of 532 but I don't imagine it would be that hard, it must have a toilet so just ask next time if you are curious.

I would say the best part of SL is the waiting room, the couch is so comfortable I could sit there all day watching the girls walk past. I was in a standard RNT in Chatswood a couple of Thursdays ago. A shop where I knew both the masseuse and Boss well from previous visits. Anyway I arrive just before 7pm and ask for a 45 minute massage. Anyway the massage starts and the girl goes out to talk to the Boss a couple of times and asks do you want 30 min or 45 min? Puzzled I say 45 min. The concept of shortening the time was so foreign to me I didn't consider that they wanted to go home!

Looking back I think the most likely explanation was the Boss wanted to leave and wanted to lock up herself. Somehow the extra 15 minutes was causing an issue for her. After the second interruption the massage lady came back in and muttered 'bu hau yisi' under her breath. Wish I'd figured it out earlier because at the time I really didn't care if it was 30 min or 45.
