baby face?

I have read many ads claiming a certain ML has "baby face", the exact meaning of which I just can't seem to grasp.

My suspicion is that the ML is by no means pretty, but looks young and fresh.

is this correct?

baby face can be pretty. It means they look very young and cute.

I have grown up with a guy since I was 5, yet he is not one of my closest friends, his mother used to teach me in kindergarten at a public school, he went to Barker College, a private school which had different school holiday dates, we had contact sports in common, I still see him often enugh, and he is affectionately known as baby face, just a young looking face, not many wrinkles, it is not a term indigeonous to the sex trade..........

YEP THATS 40 YEARS, and we still get on........GO FIGURE.......
