I remember my first and last visit to Summerville Massage.

It was last year, I rocked up and was greeted by a Chinese lady in what I would say in her 30s.

We proceeded into a room and then she asked me how long you want to stay?

So I replied, 1 hour.

She said no, that's too long, half an hour.

I hesitated a bit but agreed, OK half an hour.

Then she asked me to take my clothes off, so I did.

Then she asked for money up front, 30 minutes of massage inclusive of happy ending - $60 / 70, I cannot remember which. I replied, no way, I am just here for normal massage, I do not want happy ending. Then she said no massage for you and she kicked me out by saying she now has another booking.

So I walked out and never went back since.

I haven't defended the other shop as you have mentioned. I just asked the OP of that particular thread to clarify how long since he made the call and to the time he rocked up at that shop. Besides, the normal practice is to book a person by specifically mentioning the name. Not call up and mention I want to come in and not have such and such person to massage me. Would you call that a booking if you don't have a name of a person you want massage with by end of call? That's more like a general enquiry to me.

I think my description of the girl at Summerville is suffice:

Sorry I do not recall her name. But I recall her having a tattoo on her shoulder or upper arm possibly a dragon(?), mid/short black hair, slim and probably 160-165cm tall.

Woods23 and ouch - mates, my experience was last year. The girl probably doesn't work there anymore. But it is a factual account nonetheless.

And I wouldn't just call someone is telling fib straight off the bat. If you have any suspicion, ask questions and see the responses. Then form an opinion off that. And that is exactly what I did to the OP of this other thread. Often, people might have bad experiences and not realised it could have all been avoided in the first place (that is, they didn't realise they caused it). In my case, I didn't cause it. I had my legal rights to refuse extras at a massage shop just as your do too. Summerville is not an extras inclusive shop remember?

I am just one customer who will unlikely go to that shop again. In reality, not a big loss to them. And there are other shops I likely won't go to again - which I shall not name on this Summerville thread (would be off topic).

In short, for readers not following, go to Summerville as you would like. And if you experience the same thing as me and feel like writing it, do so. Otherwise, enjoy your life as normal - this is just a post after all, don't dwell on what I have said. Discussion finished I say.
