In the instance where you want to see a girl prior to booking what I've down in another shop was tell the receptionist I'm keen to book a girl but I've never seen her so he told me he will tell her to come out and see her first before following through with a booking

I went to Ginza as a walk in. Receptionist didn't even look up from what he was doing. Blurted out "No girl 40 minute". .... after a long pregnant pause, it was obvious he wasn't going to say anything else, so I walked out. .... Disgusting customer service, I agree rudest ever.

Pay above average price, but get treated as a dumb punters ... wankers!

As long as there are enough people to fill Wilson's formula, AKA read Rooter's report (publish at least 3 times a week), willing to pay 300+ without actually seeing the girl first. He will continuous be the biggest ass hole in the brothel industry in Sydney.


These are always amusing as there's always more to the story and people don't look at it from a business point of view. I've never had a problem with Wilson and always found him respectful and pleasant, I don't stand at the counter and banter with him about football or ASX 200 but in reality I'm not there to fuck him so it's no big deal.

Customer is not the owner and they have no need to look at it from the business point of view, they are not the owner. They only have to care about their little brother and that's it!!

You really need to have the top girl that is unreplaceable in a given period of time to have the attitude of Wilson. Is Ginza in this position in Sydney? NO, I don't think so......

I have similar experience when I go to Bond spa in KL. absolutely stunning Chinese girls with service that puts all the rest to sham and I am totally have to pay that 50% more compare to the next top Spa and the Staff(not the girl) is just as rude as Wilson. In such case, I don't care.

One he is going to piss someone off so bad that will end in tragedy. Good luck to him....

Big deal!! So there is say hello shop, there is take turns shop and there is take you money first screw you shop!

You don't like the format, don't go. When enough people say no they will change.

A tip for people who actually go with it but don't like the girl, demand you money back, nicely. Remember you are on CCTV. If one refuse call the police. The shop has more to lose when there is police present in the shop.

I am not a Ginza fan and have never been there, so I am truly neutral in this !

Best approach with this shop is call them to make booking. It could be hit and miss with walk in as they are quite busy.

So booking means you sure you will stay with this girl, I will keep her only for you at your time, if other people want same slot, I can only say no.

I'm not a Ginza expert but there are a lot of positive comments and reviews on this shop, more so than any other shop on this forum even ignoring the hyped every girl is the most amazing reports. For those who like the TV show Seinfeld consider Wilson to be the Soup Nazi of brothel receptionists as his product is so good that everyone is there for the product on offer not the service from reception and nobody wants to upset him for fear of getting banned.

I think he's probably just a really calm guy and some people interpret that as him being rude.

Like that illustration. Guess that's why I am never a fan of popular restaurant: Suminoya. Chief Gallery, Ding Tai Fung World Square just to name a few. Lucky for me it easy to find good alternative food. Just as girls lucky for me I know where to look.

The system makes sense guys. If you book and suddenly decide after seeing the girl that you don't want to see her, it's not fair to get a refund because you've just wasted an hour of time/money for the girl and the shop.

I think anyone that has been to Ginza a few times has probably seen how busy reception can get. When I go they are always working and taking bookings. They are not sitting there playing pokemon go :shout:.

This stuff is common sense guys.. for a place this popular you would be really stupid to not arrive on time if it's your first time there!!! Working at reception at a place like Ginza I think would be a lot harder than most people realise.

Ginza as a business expect you to arrive on time and go for your booking, and YOU as a customer expect to have the girl you booked at the time you booked! If there is some problem, Ginza would tell you, if YOU have some problem getting there on time YOU should tell the shop! It's easy :shout:

Ginza rocks people....that's a matter of fact. Pics on the website are all genuine and the service is top notch to boot. I've never had a problem with Wilson...seems a cool guy to me and helpful as he can be given the nature of the business where discretion is key. I recently had a mate up from Melbourne who went back for a sneaking visit...he saw a new girl....Wilson even called him up afterwards to see how she went. That's over and above if you ask me.

Ginza isn't the type of shop that does the line up thing...people should know that from the get go. As always...do your research on the girl you want...website pics and reviews if you can find them. This way you'll never be disappointed.

OP you gotta respect the shops policy. They are a busy shop and any possible cancellation is a missed opportunity. At least he says outright there will be no refund.

The young male recep(don't know if he's Wilson) isn't the most friendliest I've come across but he been fair to me. Cancelled bookings previously due to my being sick. For a popular shop, I think that's normal to have a business like attitude recep, as sometimes they have to deal with a lot of arseholes

Been hitting up Ginza for a while, it's a busy establishment brotha.

You're paying 280+ if diamond, I wouldn't walk in for that amount of money. Know who you want & book her!

Well. This topic is so heated ! Been with Ginza a many many times, and I was running late for few times.

And one time my booking was canceled because very bad traffic. I rang Ginza's receptionist to explain. Of course cancelled a booking is bad for all, bad for me and especially bad for girls. And the receptionist was not happy either.

I was felt bad too. Because I know that I want the girls so I make a booking with them.

But if I show up on time, everyone happy ! Me happy, the receptionist happy and especially girls are happy ! Easy to understand that they don't want to waste their time for nothing !

You got a booking? Try to make it happen ! Because meanwhile many guys trying to have a booking but "All Full" !

However, a booking is not a contract to buy under Australian law and no matter what any shop (brothel or otherwise) says, you are entitled to a refund if the product/service (in this case the girl) is not as described or up to the quality you were led to believe (eg: photos).

These rights are enshrined in the Trade Practises Act, and can't be excluded by the owner, ie: a "no refunds" sign before purchasing means nothing if there are issues within the scope of the TP act.

Generally speaking brothel owners think they operate above the law but they don't. If you paid and the girl/service was not as described or represented in the photo(s), then you can and should call the cops and/or make a complaint to the ACCC. There are extreme fines and penalties for vendors who break the TPA, $10k+ fines per instance, loss of trading licenses etc.

In the Ginza case, it is probably illegal for them to refuse a refund if the customer doesn't like the girl because they don't show faces before purchase. That said, I know if I ask Wilson about a girl I will receive an honest answer, so I've never had a complaint.

And that's why it's always wise to build a rapport with the shops and your favourite WLs or MLs . Common courtesy and respects and friendship go a long way to insure your above average punting experiences !

From Brisbane but always go to Gonza whenever I visit Sydney. And when I plan to visit, I always make a booking and turn up! Although, I must say it can sometime be quite hard to make a booking for the popular girls as they are booked out so earlier. Having said that, if one is unsure, then best not to book but to leave the slots for those who want to see the girls.

There are good times and bad times but that's just the way it is. If I have a bad meal at a restaurant, I don't think I expect a refund either. These people have a business to run, wages to pay and etc. just take it easy if there is only one bad time occasionally but obviously it is different story if the business never deliver. In that case, you have your right to complain and walk with your money.
