Am currently working in the Kogarah area and am looking for some advice. How would you guys rate 2/20 Montgomery St or Monami massage? These are the only 2 i know of currently. Any tips or hints greatly appreciated.

Three possibilities:
1. The service in those places (tried three of them) was getting shitty and grasping (prices going up ML's shortchanging customers etc). I stopped going there several months ago and maybe enough others decided the same.
2. Landlords not renewing leases.
3. Council amalgamations - Hurstville and Kogarah councils recently amalgamated and have an administrator in place - this may have triggered a crackdown.

I don't know specifically about this location, but shopping strips like this close to stations are popular with developers with an eye to putting up high rise residential. New planning rules certainly encourage this.

Certainly sounds like possible lease terminations in advance of demolition.

Recently tried out both 2/20 Montgomery & Monami. Both where great and would 100% return to either shops.
Went to do a return visit yesterday at Montgomery but all girls where busy so was asked if I could come back in 45 mins so thought I would give Monami a try and boy i'm glad I did! Went there and 1 girl left! IMO an absolute cutie from Korea. Part 1 was pretty good, decent firm massage and part 2 was (without going into too much detail) GREAT! 100%- been to monami a few times now and recently had my first bad punt there! 10 Station st has been there for a very long time. Boons has not been legit long before the make over and change of management.

Never tried any of the new ones. I used to live in Kogarah back in 2014 and it only had maybe two or three shops at the time. Now there’s about 10. 4 of them on the same block of shops. It’s hard to say which are actually good. I don’t have the time to trial and error every single one of them but of the few I’ve visited recently, they’re all bloody good for money. I’ve heard good things about all of them so just go for it
