Accessing the forum from overseas

I was overseas recently and couldn't access the mobile version of the forum at all - just kept getting an "Apache 2 Test Page". Anyone else have this problem and is there a workaround? As soon as I landed in Oz all good again.

Many overseas countries are blocked from accessing Aus99 due to professional scam problems where the source countries are from.

Sounds like we would need to use a vpn if wanting to acces the site from overseas

When I first posted this thread I'd just returned from Italy and France, and I couldn't access the forum in either country. But today I'm writing this post in China - no problem accessing the forum here.

Sorry for the late reply. And thanks Wilson help answering the question.

Due to the professionally spam, we have been hitted almost every 30 seconds in the past.

Spammer Try to inject advertising and funny character post to our forum


We found out that their up are all from USA, Europe.

So we made the decision to only release to several country.


I will modify the Apache page with something more meaningful when I have time
