not sure about CQ area but there's Christine CBD at Town Hall area or you can try some PPP at Pyrmont. 5 star would be the next choice or Ginza.

Sirs is at 80 Erskine St., it is a very expensive RnT ... (FS may be available with some girls)

City Touch is at 70 Erskine St. and is FS (they do RnT as well). Mainly Thais, mostly in their early 30's. Generally a good place.
