CBD north ?

Sydney CBD north could do with a quality shop, either RnT or FS - there just doesn't seem to be much at that end of town (apart from wynyard ?).

Potential for a quality shop to do very well with high earning office workers in the area. Maybe somewhere near cirqular quay or martin place.....
