RnT place may be, because there are legit shops where you might get some extras quietly. But how could you expect to get rebates from a FS brothel ?

I think what he actually meant was claiming the extras which could be FS with the private health insurance. There is no harm asking for it and I am sure it could have worked out for a number of us.

IF (a big IF) a shop offers rebates through health funds, it can only be on the massage content, not on extras offered by the girl. Anyway, the rebates are a fixed amount per visit, regardless of the final cost. And the massage has to be provided by a registered masseur.
