When going for a RnT you pay $30-40 for 30mins. Are you required to tip to get the ML nude or Happy Ending?

You're on the right track, almost...

For that price you'll get your rub, but the tug will almost always cost you another $20 or $50 if you want the ML to nude up during part II. The B2B style massage is less common - either you pay extra at a more up-market R&T joint, or you establish a good rapport and/or a repeat customer with a particular ML.

The STI risk is rather low - crabs maybe but unless you have broken skin or an impaired immune system you'll be quite safe from anything too serious.

So choose one of the places talked about here. Roll up, you will be asked "how long would you like to stay?" State how long long and pay front desk for that time. Eg $60 for one hour.

A girl will come and take you to the room. Generally first time you see a girl she will show you into the room and leave. Get your gear off and lie down. If there's a shower at the establishment she may wait till you disrobe and give you a towel and show you where the shower is but not join you in it.
