Some shops are super busy and don't have private waiting areas. Feels a little uncomfortable being in a room full of punters looking down at a phone in a dark room. Any secrets on how to stealthily infiltrate these shops? I try not to come too early and try to use back door.

You would hate me then. If I'm in the waiting room with other punters I'm saying hello and asking who everyone is seeing and how their day is going. Fuck it, we're all there for the same reason and are equally guilty, might as well have a laugh.

i do find it funny in the Ginza waiting room during peak times - everyone frantically scrolling through their fones until their session is called up on the loud speaker.

haha its hilarious, I've only had a good conversation in there once.
42 glades as curtained booths were you watch some jap porn but 5 marrickville had 2 sofas in an open area which was a bit more social I ended up having a chat with one of the staff as the other punters left for rooms :o

You wouldn't want to make eye contact with other punters or start a conversation with them. Some guys don't interact at all when at the FS or RNT shops. This is why sitting alone in a waiting room rather in a room with other punters is preferred.

It's not so much the guilt of punting that makes it uncomfortable, it's more the possibility of seeing someone I know. I just wish I had an invisibility cloak or something. I was on the verge of sweating the first time I visited Ginza - there was a dude that looked like one of the senior managers in my team and another that looked like an acquaintance back from uni. Don't think it was them in the end but it wasn't a pleasant wait to say the least.
On a side note and totally off topic - where is handcockJ? The guy seemed to have disappeared off the face of the earth.

I was wondering as well. Ginza won't be doing so well without him.

Some of these brothel waiting rooms seem like funeral parlors. Nobody smiles or talks, nobody wants to be there . You would think that a bunch of guys about to have great sex with hot looking Asian women would at least have a smile on their face but no!

You never see guys with a smile on their faces. Even when they are leaving, they're in a hurry to get away and not be seen at all by anyone.

Yeah that's pretty awkward!
I hate waiting in the shop , cause sometimes you can actually hear punters in the next room!
Once I was waiting outside near a shop, and the boss told me to come inside cause if I was outside, other punters would be embarrassed to go in. So I'm waiting inside, with another dude sitting beside me. Could hear punters session and convo with the girl. Couldn't take it anymore so got up to leave! Problem was there was one of those chime thingies on the door! Boss comes running out to stop me from leaving, and then told me the punters session was up.
My advice is go in , then arrange a set time booking. Then say you will be back at that exact time, even if it's just 5 mins later.
All else fails, just hang around a back room somewhere , many of them have kitchens.

Why is it awkward if you can hear a punter chatting with the WL during their session ?
They're not talking about you, or know that you could hear them.

I was at liaisons a few months back, place was packed, sent to the back and saw lots of bros.
Smile at one who sat across to me to start a conversation.
He shakes his head
And that's that ahahah
Most guys are there for the girls not other punters - though they may be browsing through our review ;)

A lot of guys feel awkward about having conversations at these places as they feel their privacy is being invaded.
I've had plenty of conversations especially at the more elite places where there is a lounge area. It depends on the individual and whether they seem friendly to you.

I finished up one afternoon, walking down the stairs, punter going up. Smiled and nodded, he looked the other way. Haha!
Get to near the bottom of the stairs, a very nervous punter is just about to do the Benji step into the stairway, sees me and does a quick right/left step and keeps walking up the road. He stopped about 10 metres up the road. As I walked past i said 'get in there fella, dont be shy!

Lol! See these are the scenarios I don't understand at all. You're both there for the same reason, no shame at all. To be honest if I see someone acting squirrelly on my way in or out I'm making it an event rather than a simple hello.

Im hearing ya, if someone makes eye contact, fuk, its like hello, but if they don't? No hello,i don't see the big deal people are making it out to be. Its like buying a beer, or an ice cream right alongside another human purchasing the same product. No creed, no colour no fucking position of ones perceived power or authority in a waiting room of a brothel, the other punters are no longer your boss, family friend or someone you think could give you up? Don't see how people don't get it. But I should know better, my go to phrase instead of slapping my own face repeatedly is! " Don't criticise what you don't understand"
What a hypocrite I have become……
Look em in the eye n think
I am me, I am in the present, I couldn't give a RATS what you think of me…………..

There are two kinds of people in the world:
Blokes who buy a pack of chips at the pub, open them, and finish them. The other are blokes who buy a pack of chips, open them top to bottom, and set them on the table. Be the cunt who sets them on the table.

I actually like the buzzer security door in the backalley, just wish it prompted you for a passphrase or retinal scanning to be more james bond-esque

Front door and might bring along some gifts to break the ice. Maybe a pack of condoms each for the fellow punters.

I tend to agree. Being called up on the loud speaker that it's your turn to meet a girl would make a person feel very uneasy. This is why a private waiting room is the best option.

Some blokes act like they are just about to go to the gallows. Heck . I'm excited and like a kid in a lolly shop. I even used to take food and wine to one shop. Cunning so I could eat and drink with them. It's a fun occasion for me. Even entering and leaving I'm striding out.

Both of us looked away and deep inside WTF is he doing here Lol. I don't know him personally but you know faces in the floor. It was not at Ginza though. I just realised Ginza use speaker to call customer names. I've been there once only with a booking and went straight to the room. Gee that would be even more awkward. Maybe everyone should give their forum name so we can say hi to each other next time LOL ....INMYDREAM ROOM NO 8.

It sure would be awkward being called out by your name. Why not give out a ticket number similar to what you get from some deli shops such as "calling number 69 to room 8"? This would be much better or having the receptionist or girl take you to the room.

Correction: Ginza speakers dont call out customer names at all. They dont even ask for your names at the reception. All they say is "Shella is ready, Shella is ready, Room number 8" or something along those lines.

Oh my mistake as a rookie in Ginza. It's still amazing they have speakers not just a speaker. Never see that in Sydney before.
