Hairdresser/Beauty shop challenge

One challenge that I am yet to fulfil is to get extras at an obviously female focused hairdresser/beauty/wax etc. with 'treatment' rooms out the back!

The closest would be the old shop on Ekebin Rd. and the other was in Macgregor but the massage lady bailed a year or so ago. This kind of setup is challenging as you have to walk past a busy salon and getting the evil eye from hairdressers and their customers even if the massage is legit. Am yet to crack this sector but see it as a real challenge. If I can find a good one, I will make it a regular.

Ladies day spas usually charge around $100+ per hour for the massage alone. Makes for an expensive punt.

Sorry guys. The lady that runs the salon made me promise not to tell. It is her own business and only form of income.

There was the Japanese place in Albert street between Charlotte and Mary streets . Full salon out the front with a couple of treatment rooms in the back. I think it's still there, might be worth a try.

The Albert St. place was open about 18 mths to 2 yrs ago. Smokin' talent there but no success although I think it had potential. The hair salon girls may be able to shed some light on what currently happens in the back room. 😵

It had more then potential... Visited a bit after work. It's been a couple of years since I worked in that end of town. You might get lucky if the girls are having money troubles. New a hairdresser once who gave out $50 blowies when her bills were pilling up.

MAV, I would love some more info. Walking between charlotte and Mary I draw a blank. The place above the chicken shop don't seem to choke chickens and 50m up Mary toward George tried to deglove me. Anyway, back to your knowledge, just off the corner of charlotte on Albert is a Korean hairdresser that's a blank men's hair joint next to that. Does this place still exist?

Thanks for updating MAV. The cbd is fairly slim pickings on the shop front.
