There are lots of agencies around Sydney, but mostly if not all are usually either Chinese or Korean runned. You should be able to get more info from websites such as Catchgod, but its all in Mandarin.

There are some agencies charging as high as $500-700 per hr, but i do sometimes get gems for prices as low as $300-350 per hr. I have seen brothel girls coming to agencies to try out or just want slower life, I have seen agency's girls working in brothels when business is slow. Though most agency's girls are more picky, only seeing Asian customer.

Though most pictures are either fake or doctored, there are some that's definitely genuine especially if the girl is genuinely hot. It can be a hit or miss, but from previous experiences, pretty lucky to get 2 gems out of 3.
