There are a few on little bourke street, bourke street just outside paramount, another inside paramount one at 248 Russell.

Been a while since I’ve been to these places

Sometimes there are quite nice girls but YMMV.

Cheers man. Melb was a while ago now she was quite exotic from what i remember thats why i stayed. Im sure i don't have to go into details but we both got what we wanted. I got sweet Indian lips and she prob bought a new text book...... or her next hit haha. 😯

Quite a few in Collingwood near the train station. There is also a strip of them in Coburg. Also explore the Coburg end of Sydney Road. This would be more reliable as I encountered younger more attractive girls here. Not really the CBD, but always a short drive or tram ride.
