There would not be a problem, It’s a massage shop and it’s up to the individual what service they are comfortable providing.
But with what you posted it can cause a problem, they would get calls asking how much for ???? and the others In the shop would be harassed for not offering same as what you mentioned.

It’s not as clear cut as that. I got a few ML friends who have worked at a number of different shops and they tell me each boss is different with regards to providing extras. Some will say you can get nude but no sex or oral. Some will say we do hj only but if you’re not comfortable doing it you don’t have to, just focus on giving a great massage and ask another girl to do the ending if he asks. Some will say we don’t provide extra let him do it himself and pretends not to know that her girls do give extras. I know a number of girls were asked to leave from various popular shops when the boss became worried as she got reports of the girl doing too much. It's not always the authorities reading what is written here that is the problem. I'm sure the owners of the legal brothels in the area also takes note of what is going on in local shops, then complain to authorities because they have to pay large licensing fees to be able to do the same thing. I would assume when a legal brothel makes a complaint, then authorities would be much more inclined to take action.
