Are you just a backyard operator or have you done all the relevant regulatory checks? There was a case about a year or so ago of Groupon or similar being investigated for selling illegitimate condoms.

I am not selling fake stuffs. All the products are made from the top condom company in Japan. I can't find any regulation about bringing condom into Australia. I want to start a business here if you have any lead i am happy to bring the product to test. They are 100% real.

Try looking harder. Took me 2 seconds on google to find the medical standards required for condoms. You can't just assume that because they are sold in Japan, that they qualify for legal distribution in Australia.

Furthermore, you need to check the licensing requirements. If someone owns the rights to distribution you might be infringing on their licence.

i have to agree with the above comments. There are Australian standards that apply to sale of goods and services. Unfortunately for me doms would be one of the last things I would buy from an unknown business. Also having used them in Japan there is a size issue. But hey good luck in your venture

I have find out the registration for condoms from the government website. It only say the regulations regarding with the condom but it didn't say not allow to bring it in.

All their products have ISO4074: 2002 which it is the Australia standards for condoms.

I am not here to scam people, I will follow all the legislation for Australia standards. The products are all order from legit supplier with recipe. They are not unknown products.

I believe at this moment there is no distribuer in Australia. If you search online thier are lots of individual sellling it from ebay and web sites in Australia.

I have the whole range of size and kind of condoms. Maybe try Large size and they are 0.01 thickness the world thinnest condoms you can get.
