I went there once, a couple of weeks ago. Rooms are very clean and quite spacious (the one I got even had a bed, and I saw one with a spa). In terms of price it is pretty much like 227 Broadway, although with a few differences. I went around noon but unlike 227 they didn't show off all their available girls, manager simply told me to go to the room and wait (perhaps because I declined to have two girls instead of one, dunno). They seem to have more Western girls though. Massage itself was good, probably the most 'professional' one I had. Part 2 was alright, not bad but not the best I've had either. Again, this is based on only one visit so no idea if this is standard for them or just a one time thing.
