Frankly speaking, I don't think there needs to be any division in naming or how management should run. It should just stay as Ginza always has run as. Only difference is that it has multiple sections. Left wing, central wing, right wing. Ginza K-Building, Ginza C-building, Ginza J-building. Whatever.
In my opinion, it isn't necessary for Ginza to mimic in someway or in similarity to the Sakura-Kyoto or 5-42 group.

Ginza should stay as Ginza.

Just my thoughts.

I think 310 Ginza will be mainly Japanese establishment (High Class Japanese girls, JAV, J Idol and such)....

The new one will be mixed, with probably 50% Chinese girls.

From the reviews, Ginza has a very consistent service and really thats all that matters. You pay for diamond and you always seem to get diamond. Thats very very good and takes the unreliability out of punting. Topay $230+ toget a WL who doesnt want to be there is a big cost to the wallet
I would go but I prices upwards of $280+ for 1 hour just arent my thing when I get $150-230 at other places for Diamond.
But then again Im not a rich man, and this place is busy so doesnt need my money

Best way to ensure you get the girl you want is to book the day before around 7ish when the roster comes out. Particularly for popular girls. But honestly, lately I have just txted Wilson around 10am same day for a few that I’m keen on and I usually get a hit.

Especially with the JAV girls coming it’ll free up the others in the next few weeks.

I am not a regular there and rocked up one day with a late booking without confirmation, didnt get the girl I was after. But Wilson took care of me and got me a girl that was available. Had an awesome time!

This will be interesing with the second shop opening up in the same area. Current establishment has about 12-13 rooms plus the place next door with 5-6 rooms. Not sure how many rooms there will be with the new shops. Say they will have 8-10 rooms, we could potentially have 25+ girls in day or night shift. Plenty to choose from. I hope the quality remain as Ginza standard.

Ginza has been really professional, last week while I was exiting the reception lady asked me how was the service, I said was quite average, then there was another guy entering I didn't want to talk too much, so I just said don't worry, we'll talk next time.

Right after I left, they texted and called me to follow up, I made a small compliant about the service, it wasn't really bad, would be normal in other cheap shops, but doesn't meet Ginza standard from my experience

Next day I noticed that girl is out of the rooster and website....now I feel guilty and sorry for the girl, I didn't mean for her to lose her job, so I texted Ginza to ask, they replied very professional said this is the normal procedure for any girl that receives compliant, the girl will be sent off for a while

They are really the best shop in Sydney, can't wait for the new shop to open

The thing with Ginza is that they keep getting new girls. Other places like 42 Glades don’t really have the new girls so often. As far as price is concerned I paid about 150 for diamond service at 42 Glades but may not get diamond. A bit of gamble. Also cleanliness Ginza is way above them. My last visit at 42, room was flooded, wet and smelly carpet, bed sheet stank. All this little things make a big difference in the end.

Any prices they may decide to charge will be market driven , supply and demand and you will always have the choice anyway.

Again, from what it looks like, the promotional prices seems to be based on the newly acquired rooms and buildings. However, Ginza seems to be already marketed as a well-established business in both the girls and rooms themselves. They've already got high public market awareness amongst punters and businesses in this industry, no?

Also, the capture rate would likely increase either gradually or dramatically, once the release of the new rooms goes into action.

Management-wise, they appear to be quite thorough, if you compare the progress of upgrades of physical rooms to, say that of .. No5, for example?

Would one agree that Ginza is quite well-managed enough to not have the need for lowered promotional prices for the acquisition of new rooms? If any, promotional prices could be just based on local events. Other than the obvious Vivid lightworks, which is useless from the the direction some rooms face from Ginza's buildings might face, other distinctive periods, such as the Tax Refund period could play a better effect on their numbers for ROI from expenses made on acquisitions and renovations.

Personally, I find Ginza's progress and growth quite interesting~~ Yet, I have absolutely no idea of what it was like from when it was Tokyo Cats, lol~~

Its suppose to be a great value shop for services as many guys do 2-3 shots in 1 hr including DD and CIM, etc. Kind of like a buffet style all you can eat value restaurant.

All the diamond Korean at Kyoto nd sakura I had tried provided cim no extras cost. Kyoto room is ckean quite good I Like the timber floor. Sakura moved new address few st down the shop is even better it's like ginza's room. To me the set out looks like a old casu brothel before!!! Not sure.

I personally prefer booking provided that I have an idea how the girl is before I go in. The crew at Ginza has already done their leg work and posted girls' details and photos up so I knew what I'm in for
