I got message from my regular asked for a red packet money of 520 rmb (which means "I love you" in Chinese). Struggling a bit but still transfer the money.

She obviously trilled and asked if I would see her tonight and I can't. I feel she would do or allow me do something special. Plan to see her in few days when I am available.

You don't need to have Chinese bank account. You need to have friends on your wechat that have money. I buy health products and mail to China they all pay me on wechat.
