I always pay the standard $50 tip after part 2 and more often than not leave something extra. I read a few posts here with brothers saying they put the $50 tip on the table before part 2.

A couple of questions for the wise elders of the forum:

- Is paying more than the standard $50 tip common? I know level of satisfaction with service should determine this, but generally....

- Whats the advantage of paying the tip before part 2 has even begun?

Would appreciate your tips on tipping.

I always pay the $50 extra right at the start of the session, before part 1. I don’t say what the $50 is for just hand it over - it’s understood.

I find doing this puts the girl at ease, she is more flirtatious, gets closer to you etc... plus she doesn’t need to feel awkward about asking you about extras.

If the service has been above and beyond what I normally expect from a ML (or I’m in a good mode and I really like the girl) then I will give an additional tip at the end of the session.

1. If they don't ask for more don't offer more. Like others said it creates an expectation that the standard rate should be higher.
2. Paying upfront, especially if it is first time with the girl or at the shop, relieves some of the tension around the ambiguity of your visit. Yes, even in a shop where the girls are wandering around in nightgowns with their tits out and playfully pat your crotch as you walk past there will always be some lingering tension on the girls part. Who is he? What does he want? etc etc. The tip upfront clears this up immediately and also allows for smoother transition from part 1 to 2. Instead of asking you if you would like more and discussion of price she can transition neatly from rubbing your legs to sliding her hand underneath you to play with your balls.

It depends on the shop, the girl and the day

Sometimes I offer the extra $50 up front and this works for a 'first' situation most of the time, although I did have one new girl look at me in confusion, it was her first day and really did not know what was going on.

Sometimes I have just tipped at the end and made it $60 or $70 - on the next visit they remember and really make it a great time!

.though picking up the word STD, I like all sundry I tip the STD (50) for NHJ. However when a ML offers way more . and realising it’s highly discretionary on her part , I’ll reciprocate with my discretionary extra.

One heavily reviewed ML , who I seem to have been offered and received significantly beyond the norm has opted after an interesting discussion with me, to no longer offer it to me and others? Doesn’t matter . I said that’s ok . Though noted my extra tipping would also cease.

Oh absolutely, if they give something special extra, I often tip extra at the end.
Mostly for me, though, is ensuring they enjoy themselves too, so that hopefully they look forward to you coming back.

Just the way you said ‘more often than not’ kinda implies you usually give more than $50, regardless of the service.

Personally I’ve found tipping std up front gets a better massage, sometimes nude from the start (thank you Shine @ SS today :slobber: ), and as someone else said, without the girl feeling awkward/unsure if part 2 is on or not.

We all talk about standard $50 without reference to booking duration. I understand standard $50 to be for any massage from 30-60 mins. What about a 90 min massage? I always leave $75 but it seems a bit random. Whats the standard tip for a 90 min? Would you still leave a $50?

It depends how much time was devoted for part 2. If I get 30 mins for part 2 I give 50 for part 2 and maybe 10 for massage if it was good. 45 mins for part 2, I leave 75 for that.

Basically they don’t like long jobs, like 90 mins. Lose chances to have more jobs and lots of girls say they feel bored with long jobs. If you come at busy times, let say lunch time or around 4-5pm and stay one hour or more, the girls get cranky. Especially when they hear the bell ring all the times mean others are busy busy.

That makes sense.
MLs would prefer 30 mins to 1 hour+ because they rely on the tip to make good money..
They can earn almost double by doing 2 x 30 mins instead of 1 x 1 Hour.
I think it might be different for WLs though.
With WLs its different because there is no tip or the tip is not a big part of their income.
They can still potentially earn more doing 30 min sessions instead of 1 hour because the rate per minute is higher for 30 mins than 1 hour, but that assumes they get 2 x 30 mins. If they only get 1 x 30 mins and spend the rest of the time waiting for the next job then the security of a 1 x 1 hour booking is preferable.
It's just not about money though; it's also a question of what's easier and less stressful.
I think 1 hour with the same guy would be easier as there it more down time, chilling out, relaxed, no rushing etc.
With 2 x 30 mins it's more work because it's a fresh guy full of energy, more fucking, and more stressful meeting a new guy, seeing what he wants etc.
Of course it depends on the customer too.
If he is a friendly gentle guy then 1 hour with him is OK.
But if he is rough, smelly, has a big dick, fucks hard and/or non stop for 1 hour, rough DATY and fingering, is of an ethnicity/race she doesn't like, rude etc then 1 hour with him is 1 hour of hell and she would prefer just 30 mins and get him out of there ASAP; and hope the next customer is nicer.

One hour allows me to build rapport with ML and the experience is usually satisfactory for me. But I see your point re girls' perspective, Babycat. Then again 30 mins is too short. So fair to assume 45 mins is a happy medium?
