Hair-dressing salons with frosted windows are good for at least a HJ - they have a room out the back though it's not so glamorous. Lately I've been traveling across Europe more, watching different ancient buildings. Due to two years of covid and the traveling, hospitality and therefore punting drought, I would think the information on ISG or other sites would be outdated.
Pre covid the punting areas were well resourced. Not a lot of fresh new Intel ..its starting.

But might be worth looking at what was hot in Shanghai in early 2020 on ISG anyway. Could still be relevant.

But, I am sure there are plenty of options available.

As a biz traveler (for 30 years) I recommend to get chummy with doormen or concierge and discreetly find out what is available.
Also, I used wechat, Line and Whassap around SEAsia and made plenty of hook ups with lasses. In touch with some i have met over recent years (Viet, PRC, Indo, Pinay etc ) but they are stuck in their home countries still.

Just be careful of scams or dodgy pimps.

I am not sure how easy it is to hook up via wechat in PRC. Others might have better knowledge as to eth security of the app in PRC for punting.

I am well travelled , used to live in London , Bangkok , Hong Kong , Singapore and Bangkok so I don’t usually get scammed easily .
I was approached by one of the girls walking on Nanjing street. She asked for a coffee and said wanted to learn English. We talked for 30 mins , had a coffee , took a small walk and She got a little friendly with me..
and then told me that she worked as a part time massage therapist and asked me if I wanted to see the shop . She was off duty but she could give me a massage for half the price ..
I did say yes as the girl was very attractive . She spoke in English and sounded genuine and not a Hooker at all.
She said her shop is 2 blocks away and will prefer to take a cab . I made sure that’s it’s not a cab set up so I waved to a cab that was on the opp side of the road ..
She spoke to the cab driver in mandarin and I couldn’t understand and we drove for 10 mins which wasn’t 2 blocks away.
I was suspicious but I was blinded by the thought of banging her ..
When we arrived at the destination it was a old house made into shop , looked more like a brothel.
I was escorted to a room and the girl said she will be back after changing into the masseuse uniform.
I got into the room and it was weird that no one asked for any money . I thought the girl may have told them that she has an understanding and I will pay her directly .
After 2 mins , a line up of diff girls came and I was told the girl who I was with had an emergency and had to leave.
The other girls were tall and also attractive so I selected one of them .
She comes in disrobes and straight away puts condom and asks me to fuck her ..
it was awful and I did fuck her for a couple of mins without any foreplay or anything and then I went soft as it just felt as if it was forced ..
She got up and left the room stating that she will get water and a new condom to suck me ..
Immediately 3 men walked in and told me that they have taped it . One of them was in a police uniform and another was in a military uniform carrying a gun . I couldn’t tell whether it was a real or fake gun but looked real.
They told me it’s a crime in China for a foreigner to have sex with an unmarried Chinese girl..
I said it was offered to me and I didn’t know about the rule .. they said then that I will

Happy to go to the police station and settle it there ..
when they heard that the police uniform dressed guy got really angry and said that he is the police and he will give me 6 months prison else I pay them $5000.
I refused and said that I am

they checked my pockets and I only had $250 cash .. they said that’s not going to bail me and I will be kept locked here until I call

I started arguing and that’s when it got ugly . Both of them started beating me and they had 3 more big guys come in.
They said my only option now is to pay them or go out with broken bones as this is how people are punished in China which I know was B.S.

Long story short , after much negotiation I ended up paying them $900 from my card and cash that I was carrying to get out of there after 5 hours of hell there.
I asked them for a $100 back for taxi and food which one of the guys decided to give back as I told them I don’t have anything else to pay for my food or stay ..
Later I learnt this is a scam in nanjing where girls would target single foreigners and everyone gets a cut - girl , taxi driver and the shop ..
I did decide to go to the police station but because I didn’t know where the shop was, they said they can’t help me but asked me to come back if I spot the girl again .. language was a big issue and I also wasn’t able to explain to the police properly of what went on …
So beware guys and I really hope no one goes through this experience ..

Last stop over in Shanghai, had girls calling my hotel room every hour... it was a short overnight stopover ,wanted just to sleep.
Was dicked around though by South China Air that trip.

Other issues, but very rare in comparison to the amount of punting I did overseas. Generally Im a savvy and experienced traveler, but sometimes we drop guard.

I also heard that even for city such as ShenZhen (just over the border north of Hong Kong) where it used to be like a punting paradise in the Canton province and horny guys from Hong Kong would go over to fuck and play every weekend and it’s now no more fun ! Along with some nearby towns such as the city of Dongguan where the infamous Dongguan style massage services were born!

So perhaps if people are going to China these days, have you fun in Thailand or Singapore or Vietnam or even Macao first or on your way back. Safety first, no ?

More prior planning needed these days before travel.

Singapore is currently nowhere what it was two years ago as a punting ground.
Many of the FL are gone back home, and I know some who cant back to Singo atm. So the scene has changed. But there would be options.

Wow, what a story! Reminds me of something similar during a holiday in Beijing. 2 attractive girls approached me for ‘language exchange’ and asked if I’d be interested in going to a cafe with them.

I suggested the Starbucks which was nearby but they had some other place in mind which I naively went along with.

So we were sipping some very overpriced non alcoholic drinks when I started to get suspicious.

They wanted to take me to a karaoke bar next, which I refused.

All up the damage was 200 yuan(~ 50 AUD), which was fairly minor as things go.

Anyway, lesson learned - if an attractive girl approaches you out of the blue and wants to take you somewhere, be on your guard…it’s most likely a scam of some sort.

All good advice but most of it is general only. I hav never been to China and cannot help. But as I understand the opportuities are everywhere. It could be girls working in the malls or resteraunts. So keep an eye open for those also and always try chatt thme up. They may like ti Aussie accent and want to try snags instead of fried noodles for a change. That was my experience in Philippines and Vietnam. I met most of the girsl through dating apps and most did not mind a fling with a foregner as long as they feel safe and trust you.

I found the information from ISG useful, its a fact that during Covid travel has not been there but the usual spots and locations dont change. As tourism picks up so will the activity. Going to a new place the biggest challenge is where to find pussy.

China and HK are not tourist friendly for some time while the current quarantine rules embraced by the authoritarian regime are in place. I really enjoyed my visits in China and HK but I seriously doubt I will get back there for many years, if ever.

There are more tourist and friendlier countries for us to visit.

I am seriously rueful of when I took for granted when I could travel there any time I wanted to have a bowl!
