Where can people who haven't got their 50 posts stick their AR for RnT?

The normal after report section. It is for massage and FS shops. The private massage after reports section is if you want to report extras like FS/,BJ from massage shops

Still bewilders me that some people think that posting FS, and even BJ AR's in the Private Massage Section, for Massage Shops that don't have a FS license, or a license to have any sexual services performed for money on their premises, somehow makes it private. Almost any human on the planet can get a Forum Membership and log 50 posts and gain this information.
