Ive only ever crossed paths with one other punter, he was leaving as I was entering end of story. It did get me thinking though, surely people(myself included) might find it awkward.
Anyone got any storys about bumping into other punters? good or bad

I walked into a shop and in the massive waiting room, I saw someone just sitting on the couch. Sat down and we both looked at each other and it turned out to be a close mate of mine at the time. Fun times 🤣
Whenever we see each other now, we talk about that time...always

Happened plenty of times … mostly in waiting rooms and then quite often as I'm going in or coming it.
Not overly fussed by it, which is why I don't punt local. Less chance of seeing someone I actually know.

I punt with them watching me so no problems on my side

We are both there for the same thing, nothing to be embarrassed about.

Having a reason to go to a shop next to it. While I was mentioning about No 8 Burwood, I remembered that I used to keep a standard excuse of 'refilling ink' as there used to be a shop that refills printer cartridges, and even my wife knew (planted the info) that we refill from there! So, even if someone ask, I can always say 'why' and my wife also knows! But stopped going there as one of our close friends moved to an apartment near by, and 'synchronising' punts and actual refits was not practical.

It has happened to me a few times but doesn't bother me. We are all there for one reason and that's to fuck. I can understand how it might be a bit awkward for other punters but I'm not fussed at all.

Yeah exactly. Couldn't agree more.

I've seen many guys take the walk of shame when they do the quick exit from the shop. I don't see a problem here and sometimes take the opportunity to have a chat with reception and the manager after a session.

The problem is when you’re married and the other guy is single or divorced! Worst, if he knows the family! If he’s also married - you got a new wingman!!!

Walk tall or choose a shop with a rear exit to a darkened lane

Also, when you sneak out of work during day and spotted by a a college or even the boss exiting a shop - especially if they are not on a punt themselves!

I bumped into another punter recently, but it was not accidental. The chances of him remembering me are slim, but this is my story... I went for a massage about an hour before the shop was due to close a few Sunday nights ago. There were just 3 young girls there, no older mama or papa, and I was the only customer. I was about 15 minutes into my hour long session, and just starting to relax, when I was stirred out of my semi comatose state by a bit of a commotion. I could hear a guy who had entered the shop talking with one of the girls and she was beginning to raise her voice at him. I said to my ML what's going on? She told me that the guy is drunk, and they were trying to get him to leave.
Now, I don't know if any of you guys are familiar with the U.S TV show What Would You Do? , but this was the dilemma I found myself in.
I asked my ML if she would like me to help and she said yeah, could you? I jumped up and put my undies back on, walked out and found a guy fully clothed laying face up on one of the massage tables in the "spare room" that the girls hang out in when they're not busy. He was just lying there playing on his phone. Now, although I am a regular gym goer and consider myself pretty fit for my age, I'm a lover, not a fighter and was hoping that he wasn't going to be aggressive, I don't need that shit. Luckily for me he was just an averaged sized guy and didn't seem to be too intimidating. I tried the friendly approach and said hey brother, there are no girls available at the moment, maybe you can come back tomorrow. He was clearly blind drunk, and just mumbled at me incoherently while still playing on his phone. I then grabbed his hand to help him sit up, and said come on brother, the girls have asked you to leave, just respect them and come back another time. He resisted a little, all the while still mumbling, so I grabbed his hand again, and said come on mate let's go. He said why? I explained to him that all of the girls were busy (a lie) and thankfully he said oh, O.K. I then walked with him to the front door and asked him if he could get home alright and he said yes.
The girls were very appreciative of what I had done, thanking me profusely, but I hadn't really done that much. I was just glad to get him out of there and get back to my massage.

Sometimes being the hero could back fire. What about if you got in a fight. The police and ambulances came, then you went to hospital. Then try to explain that to your wife ah ......

I know mate. Believe me, I didn't want to try and be any sort of hero, but was concerned for the girls. The shop is near where I live as well, so I can just imagine the consequences if the whole scenario escalated, cops arrive, and I ended up on the front page of the local paper with the headline "Two punters have a not so happy ending!"

The thread is about meeting other punters in the shop. Getting sprung by others when leaving is a different scenario.

Rooms 4 and 5 at 533 add a whole new dimension to this. Those rooms, for those that don't know, share a shower, with the laundry and store room! Had quite a few awkward moments scrambling for the shower there! Also had a few pleasant moments, bumping into WLs in all their glory!
