Hidden spy camera in massage room

I saw an ad for detecting hidden spy camera. This prompted me to think of a million reason the owner of a massage joint will definately install these cheap devices to monitor punter in the room. I know for a fact some airbnb owner do that. All illegal of course. Whats your thought on this and have you as a punter suspected or encounter this? Any rub n tug owner has done this?

Security cameras in the reception or entrance of the shop is understandable.
But in the room??? That's just fked up

actually there is an android app which can help detect cams. especially the ir for low light units.

I want to read more about this as I have often thought what if my face shows up on a current affair. Farkkk my life would be over haha
