I booked her on Monday last week for a session on Sunday at 10am, I got a text from Angela saying that she will be there at 12 noon, I got a text just before 1230 to say that Ruby had arrived. I got to the shop within 5 minutes and was ushered into the room by Angela and was told that Ruby will be in soon. I waited and waited, then more waiting, then a bit more waiting, still more waiting and at 1245 I stuck my head out of the room and Angela said that Ruby had gone to get some lunch for herself and will be back in 10 minutes, she also had left her bag there as well so she would definitely be back. After 15 minutes,Angela come to the room with Eri (the Japanese girl) and said that Ruby did not return after apparently going to get her lunch but her shoes were still there, but the bag was not.

I had a great session with Eri and she is a great girl and a good performer, but I really wanted to be the first customer on that day for Ruby, and I was really looking forward to seeing her.

Angela sent me a text later on Sunday night to say that Ruby is having some personal dramas as she is getting married in a few weeks time to some cunt in Nepal and has parental pressure on her.

I was pretty pissed off with the whole situation but I will still return to this shop as the other girls I have had here have been good...eg Rheka, Justine, Eri and another that I cannot remember. I was really looking forward to seeing Ruby however.

I completely agree with that. Angela is very helpful and responsive not only while taking bookings, but also in situations where something goes wrong. She communicates openly, and makes a genuine attempt to address the issue/complaint. In fact, I have not gone to any other shop in the last few months.
