I remember Yoko being such a freak. Then there was that one Jap girl who scared me by trying to raw dog me.

Yep them were the days. I can’t walk past world Square without thinking about my weekly ‘long lunches’ On Lvl 15(I think).

I remember going up Yoko's brown alley in a curtained off section of the living room in that apartment on Kent St. What a crazy experience that was!

Very Clever people
They are the benchmark for running a brothel
Price point... quality of girls... quality of service
Value..., just a brilliant business model

No doubt a successful operation, but lots of girls tell me they get worked to the bone. Back to back bookings with no chance of a break if you are popular. One girl told me she lost weight because there was no time to eat during her shift.
On the flip side money too good to work somewhere else, and if you do work somewhere else the boss goes apeshit and you may get a lower contract rate if you want to return or can't come back at all.
I suppose there is a lot of compromises to keep the Ginza standard and demand.
Most of the other popular shops it seems the girls have more flexibility, at the expense of customer satisfaction. I've had bookings cancelled last minute at some shops because the girl decided to either not come in or cut her shift short etc. But it seems many ex Ginza girls are happy to not to work there anymore.

At the end of the day it is what it is, no one is holding a gun to anyones head to work there. So I guess it's about making the choice.

^^ Yep exactly.
Plus Ginza and girls working there have different motives.

Ginza has a business to run so they don't want to tarnish their reputation; so they depend highly on quality control.
Girls, on the other hand, wanna make quick bucks and move on.
Nobody is at fault here but there is always going to be conflict.

Having said that, if someone's ready to ride the rough wave, I guess they will be highly rewarded.
I haven't talked much about this with any other girls but Lala was very satisfied and content at Ginza.
During the time she decided to quit, she told me she had saved significantly in Ginza and they have been very kind to her for her loyalty and level of service to customers.
I didn't ask anything further as it was not my place but I wasn't surprised either as, over the years, I have seen her rostered quite often.

I've never had a cancellation or a switcheroo or a lame arse excuse from Ginza, they have good customer service and a professional attitude.
Never been to 278 though.

Yes, I have to agree...
Lala was in a class of her own. Her work ethic is impeccable. So much so that I could book a day or 2 in advance with her.
Lala was treated the way she treated everyone.. she was completely happy at Ginza and she explained the ways that she was looked after so well!!"

That's my point, picking a business model you either enhance the customer or the employee experience. It can rarely be both.

Need a larger sample size than just Lala, she got special treatment. Everyone knows star employees get more leeway in any business. But also Lala worked a lot of hours and you could easily get a booking with her, even sometimes on Sundays in the 278 line up. For this reason there wasn't a mad rush to see her, until she announced she is leaving lol.

The girls I spoke to were Japanese and they literally get booked out from start to finish.
