I seriously doubt that any shop has any written contract with any WL. These girls switch shops almost as frequently as blokes switch WLs. Furthermore, even if there was some written agreement between WL and shops, I doubt there's a non-solicit/do not accept solicitations from customers/non-compete clause.

Even if there were, how on earth could it be enforceable? As the rest of the thread states, WLs are people too. They have private lives. They get to do what they want in their private life. How many other normal civilians have dated someone (even a customer) they met at work?

Technically, No!
But I have done it before.

Here is what you need to know/do :

1) You should have visited her at least once. Don't ask her for any kind of arrangement on the first visit.
She may complain your ass to her boss if she hardly knows you.

2) Better to build a trust/rapport with someone you like. Be her regular and then ask.
I rarely ask for a girl for an arrangement outside but, when it has happened, I have asked her after at least my 5th visit.

3) There should be tacit agreement between you two that this will never come out in public.
Her job's on the line. Plus there is no reason to brag about it as, you know, we all are over-sexed and spoiled with choices for promiscuity.
So you slept with a girl, what's new?

4) Don't cheapen out. Take her to a proper dinner and then to a proper hotel (doesn't need to be 5 star; a clean one will do).

5) Book a hotel that can be cancelled before the day of stay. This is very crucial.

It is possible this girl is looking for a relationship that is not based on sex. If she is doing all day, she mightn't enjoy having to continue into the night.
