The picture in the SMH is hilarious.

It is also very carefully taken. They needed someone in it to give it some human interest, and being a brothel story, it had to be a man, a woman just wasn't going to cut it. But they had to be worried about any random guy suing them for impling he's visiting the brothel. So luckily someone in a high vis vest comes along luckily during a break in the road traffic. The high vis vest identifies him as a worker just going about his business. It would have taken an age to hope someone like him comes along at that moment. The road traffic would have blocked the view of the brothel lots of times. Lastly, it is taken at full stride at the precise moment you can see that he is going to walk right past the brothel. Even you guys who are experts at the sudden swerve at top walking speed left or right into the doorway wouldn't manage to enter it at that point! :shout:

I'm impressed God Member, I spotted that story at the brekkie table across from my family and quickly glanced through it to not raise any suspicions.. But strangely enough all those details you've just described are pretty much exactly what I had subconsciously concluded - as well as thinking thank god that wasn't me in the photo...

Lots of stats but not much qualification as to what a brothel actually is classed as. As it mentions I do not think councils have an idea about what is happening in their area, and there are even vast differences within an establishment; some girls massage only but the girl in the next room is offering FS.
