I use to quite enjoy visiting this shop until they start being greedy with double booking. The first few times I've experience it with this shop, I believe their (lame) excuses they come up with, however when I call them 10 mins before arriving to ensure the girl was available and once I show up they do the old bait and switch, that's enough for me.
I don't know why these owners/managers uses these low strategies trying to get a booking in at the cost of losing a regular for good. I understand these type of business are doing it tough compare to 5-10 years ago (according to many owners/WL told me) but why lie to customers and pissed them off not returning? I encourage everyone to name and shame these shops on this forum and get them to do the right thing.
