K Minji Ginza Club how do you book her?

I have attempted 3 separate times to try and book Minji i knew she was popular but feel am getting the run around with Ginza bookings even though i've become a regular.
Could anyone give me advice about how to book her?
Literally this evening i kept refreshing the roster, and once it was updated i texted to book her.
The roster came up at 1754, i texted 1757.
Received no reply so i called up to try and book and was told they'd reply to my message.
Received no reply so texted again and then told she was fully booked already.
When i asked how do i book her they just said to text and she's very popular.

Like really how do u book her? Would appreciate the advice.

I've also found bookings at Ginza and if its just Wilson replying, to be very sub standard and unclear. Puts me off going back even though the girls are high in standard.
