Not sure about this. because only nsw is fully decriminalized sa and nt is illegal if I remember and Vic qld and wa brothels are illegal so they do the workaround of renting the rooms?

No they don’t !! Massage shop are legal as there is no legislation for massage shops .. however doing any extras are illegal does not matter if they rent out rooms only licensed brothels or independent operator from home is legal. All stars different laws NSW and other states are illegal aswell they just have different laws as nsw it the councils who need to bust them then the police charge .
