I was with a girl this week having a good FS session. At the end I asked her where else she works and she told me that she works at a FS shop near the city which she likes.

She said that the boss is a bit annoying as he keeps having sex with her for free ( presumably she feels pressured to do it to keep her job ).

I know which shop it is as she told me but I won’t divulge it as that would not be kind to her.

She didn’t seem particularly unhappy about it, just said it like it was a normal thing that happens.

I was an escort driver / QC for a short time. The most fun I've had.

Not paying and keep doing it is a bit stingy especially if the person is the owner. He should pay the girl at least 50-100 depends on the time and services.

you have no idea how convincing it is when staff told customers "She is good, I tried!!" They should abuse this trust from customers unless they tried.

I personally, wouldn't screw the crew, but there would be nothing wrong with giving potential employees a test run. Thinking about it, it would be quite clinical, asking and assessing what the girl can or can't do, what she is good at, what she needs work on etc etc.
Probably best to get a good regular customer to road test them, and ideally pay as well. Reg punters at a brothel froth at the prospect of road testing the newbies. I see it all the time in ARs. And a lot of regs would have a set routine themselves so their gauge would be reasonably good.

Going back and rooting her time and time again for nothing is taking the piss and is unprofessional, pure and simple.

I was one of those who is strongly against letting regular customer test newbie as if the girl end up to be a dud, you upset your regular income stream. While testing internally can be controled.

I once tested a girl and it was so bad that i told the owner send her packing strainght away.

I don't know the FS industry well enough to pass on any of my own opinion. so, happy to watch and learn...................lol

However, for RnT shops, testing of the new MLs skills in both part 1 and part 2 is imperative IMHO !

Most of the mamasans that I know of, will personally tested the new girl's massage skills, which is understandable. as for part 2 and also the body/shape of the new girls, they probably will be relying on feedbacks from regulars. which is something I can never quite understand, why can't the mamasan just ask the new girl to drop everything on day 1 or at the interview to show the boss what she's got underneath ? It's a RnT shop and in order to make money, the ML basically will have to get naked in front of every customers anyway, right ?

Especially in front of a female boss, to me that's a no brainer.

Many MLs were originally doing legit and ventured out to the brighter money side for the first time - so for them, getting naked and performing a hand job could be a big challenge, but most of them would pull through with aeroplane flying colours anyway. The best ever story I heard was when one of the most popular girl Mena first started at Stanmore, madam Coco had to show her how to do you know what ? I wonder who was that lucky customer being her first ??

I don't know if all owners do, but I do think that all owners should! I also think that the girl must be compensated as this isn't about getting high on your own supply but that a shop has limited space, only so many rooms, if you put out a girl who is shit at sex or a bad at her ML job then not only could reviews damage your reputation if enough get out but also you run risk of losing return customers. If the owner is married then have someone reliable that you trust to do the testing for your, I doubt whoever he is would turn down the offer. Part of running a business is quality control and selling an unknown quantity is always a hazard risk.

They are husband and wife. Own shops 130 Redfern, 190 Top Ryde, 69 Liverpool, 18 Hargrave and others. Only care about money. Her rude manner with customers has been the subject of many comments on Aus99. Tells so many lies. A real piece of work when it doesn't suit her to be nice. He is usually OK.
